Someone backed into our truck---and left! Once we found the damage--I immediately called my AWESOME AGENT---Dale Breitenstein! (966-2333---easy phone number to memorize!). He helped me through the claims process and within 48 hours, I HAD A CHECK in my hands and went to a body shop! FAST and EASY! I have been with Allstate for over 13 years and never had a claim so I was CLUELESS, however, Dale and his awesome team helped me...and made it painless!!! ALLSTATE AND DALE ARE FANTASTIC!!!!

These guys are good! Whenever I call, Katherine answers with a smile. They listen to my question/concern and begin working with me to find solutions. When they say they will follow up, you know what? They actually do! The office is close to my house, so I can stop by during my lunch hour. No more "1-800-who-cares" for me. This office is my "go to".
