I have worked in the legal community for over 38 years, and worked with Mr. Talley on numerous occasions for 14 years. I have observed him in both courtroom and office settings. He is a very competent, experienced, and knowledgeable attorney. He is respected in the legal community, and successful with getting his clients favorable results. Mr. Talley spends an extraordinary amount of time in his meetings with clients reviewing documents, explaining defenses, options for resolution, and any possible repercussions based upon the specific facts of the case. He takes all phone calls when not in court and returns all phone calls he is not able to answer. I would consider him one of the best criminal defense attorneys that I have ever met. If you are facing criminal charges, I would highly recommend him.
