Hiring Daniel DeWoskin is one of the best decisions I have ever made. For fifteen years, I have been haunted by a judgment and it’s accompanying. Every attempt to settle the matter, both by me and other attorneys, had been met with failure. It just kept getting bigger and scarier and loomed over me. I had basically given up, and accepted this as my reality for the foreseeable future. Then one day I stumbled across Daniel DeWoskin’s firm purely by happenstance. Immediately the light bulb went off. “Could this guy help me?” I spent a few researching him thoroughly online. I found that Daniel had a great reputation. On a whim, I decided to make one more effort to attack this debt monster. I emailed Daniel’s paralegal, Jill. She was in touch with me by the end of the day. Jill is awesome! Whatever she’s getting paid is not enough. From day one Jill was on it. She answered a bunch of questions and did a ton of research – and we hadn’t even met yet. I knew I was working with someone who actually cared. When I met with Daniel and Jill they again gave me that confidence that this mattered to them, and they planned to find an effective solution. Daniel developed a strategy to bring the other party to the table and accept a settlement. And within a couple short weeks he did just that. Daniel was able to settle the entire with the exact outcome we had hoped for. This debt monster haunted me for over fifteen years, and in less than 100 days from when I reached out to Daniel and Jill it was gone. I could not be more thankful.

It’s a pleasure for me to share my experience with the Dewoskin Law Firm. I worked and Dan and Jill. They are simply great!
