I was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge while visiting my daughter in Florida. She had falsely accused me of striking her and had me arrested. She was intoxicated and I was not aware of it when she started arguing with me and when she started screaming at me I was leaving when the police who were in the area came to investigate what the screaming was about. She had run into her home when she saw them coming and the police arrested me because she accused me of striking her. I spent two days in jail and when I came before the judge he released me on under pretrial services ‘call in’ supervision until could go to trial. I contacted the Hager & Schwartz law firm and spoke to Mr. John Hager who I retained to represent me in defense of my case. Mr. Hager told me he would handle everything and not to worry because the case should be dropped due to the circumstances of the case and evidence. I was worried that since I work for a state job having to go to court could affect my job. Mr. Hager promptly go the paperwork I needed to complete and submit to me and then quickly filed the needed paperwork with the court. He was very professional and kept me up-to-date on what was transpiring with the case. Mr. Hager was always courteous and prompt in returning my calls and text messages. Mr. Hager was able to quickly get my case dismissed which was a huge load off my mind. I was in law enforcement for many years and during that time I have not known a lawyer like Mr. Hager, who was able to handle a case so quickly. I highly recommend Mr. John Hager, Esq. and the law firm Hager & Schwartz to anyone wants a great attorney to represent them in any legal matters they may have.

I hired the law firm of Hager & Schwartz to defend me in a criminal case. I was arrested for a first degree felony, Grand Theft. I was shocked, disheartened, and at a loss. He try to deport me. I was in jail for 6 months because of him until my family fired him and get another lawyer his name steave robinson. He charged me way less money and drop one of my charge and get me out from jai. I will not recommend him even not in my enemy.
