My experience with this firm has been nothing but a pleasure. My first interaction with them was when they interviewed me (in person) to see if this was a case that they would be taking on. They told me that they would get back to me within a week, and I believe that it was within 48 hours. Once I was told that they would be representing me, communication was key. Ms. Cecilia Son handled my case and she was great to work with. I had timelines for them in order to get all my paper work in order. She goes above and beyond to make you feel secure and was a great support throughout the whole process. I started the whole process in May 2016 and settled in December 2016 just to give you some kind of idea how long my process took. Everyone that works there is very nice and willing to help you.
