Waited 45 min to open Savings/checking account before leaving (who knows how much longer it would have taken before somebody helped me???) Went home and on line to open account, got to where you add account # to transfer funds and I put one wrong # and when I corrected it Suncoast Credit Union refused to let me apply, said I attempted to many times??? What a waste of time!!! I had always heard good things about this Bank but they just wasted a couple hours of my time today. Walked into Chase and was out in 35 min with everything completed. Tom

I have personally been a member for over ten years and plan to continue my affiliation with this union. The employees are always courteous and pleasant and if they do not have the answers, they will locate resources to find answers for or with you. Sometimes, yes, there can be a wait for desk service here - but I will wait knowing the service I will receive will be as good as always.

I have been a Suncoast member for over 15 years. The rates for lending and the almost no fees for everyday banking have made me a customer for life. I enjoy checking, savings, credit card, and auto lending products from Suncoast. They have made big improvements to their website and mobile app in the last year or so, great stuff.
