If I could give zero stars I would. First time customer to this bank so I came in at 5:30pm they did not want to help me finalize my loan because they obviously have to get off right at 6:00pm. I tried talking to the lady in front whom was very rude and just gave me the go around cause she was too busy and "if I got helped they would get off late" very bad experience... horrible staff. very unpleasant visit.

Literally the worst, they aren’t prepared, never get the title when they were supposed to, messed up my address for my bill for loan, and lost my insurance policy and instead of notifying me, they decided to add CPI insurance to my loan making it 3k more which money wasted paying on loan because it didn’t even go towards the car... if I could give this place -5 stars I would.

Worst bank for a auto loan !!!!!!!!! My car was totaled and did my part for paperwork but they took forever to get the gap insurance done. So to make this short they put me in collections without any notice no email no phone calls ...... Do Not Use MAC

If your looking for a vehicle lone then this is where you should go. They are the only banks willing to give people like me, who only had a job a few weeks a chance. and at a great interest rate.
