Super nice park staff, offered lots of Intel while we waited out the rain. Manatee spot near by offers both wildlife and full sky views of the stars at night. Not too busy and the have a store for souvenir things but not much in the way of food or beverages, so think about bringing along some stuff if you are here for a while.

The Welcome Center is nicely done and the ranger was very nice. Unfortunately, there was nothing to see.

Big Cypress Swamp Welcome Center

Great place to go for not only the history of Big Cypress National Preserve, but also for information regarding places to go and things to do! Manatees and alligators are often seen from the boardwalk. Sales items are also available.

Michel de Ligt

A good stop when traveling from east to west or vice versa. The boardwalk gives you a save view of gators, birds and other wild life. The welcome center also offers you information about the area and some nice souvenirs.

Engaging nature center, and I got some great advice about where to go and what to see! Well worth it stop on the old Alligator Alley. The Park itself is captivating, positively teeming with life.

Small nice place with a free museum and a little dock where you can see manatees once in a while. Definitely worth stopping and buying a Everglades flowers guide.

A good place to see the everglades. Lies so remote and the chanse of seeing anyingting is not high.
