When I first had the accident it was sad experience where I ended up with an injury to my right leg. I began to search for an attorney online and I actually had someone handling my Personal Injury case from an auto accident in Maryland before I reached attorney John Yannone at the Law office of Price Benowitz, LLP. I was disappointed by the previous lawyer due to the lack of professionalism. When I contacted the lawyer, John Yannone, I expected to be asked for a consultation fee but o my surprise and benefit there was no fee for anything until my case was solved. Not only was I charged by contingency but they also provided me a discount on the percentage I was told originally. The office personally contacted all medical parties involved to assure that they would negotiate the fees to best provide me the settlement I desperately needed. The office staff, Amanda Garcia in particular, is the incarnation of great professionalism. Price Benowitz, LLP has gone above and beyond my expectations and I cannot wait to contact them if I ever have another incident or to refer anyone to this office. I would personally want to thank John Yannone, Amanda Garcia and the rest of the staff for the incredible job they did keeping informed everyday about the status of my case.

When I found out about my son’s traffic matter I was personally worried about how much it would cost for an attorney and what impact it would make on my insurance? I had previously worked with an attorney at Price Benowitz, LLP, so I decided to call her and ask her for some direction. After talking to her I felt she was very professional and made me feel like she would help us and try to get this resolved. The firm displays a clear knowledge of the system and was able to give us realistic expectations that at the end of this proved to be on point. We were very happy with the outcome. I was glad to know that the attorney was able to present herself on behalf of my son at the final court hearing because my son is a college student and is several hours away. It helped ease the burden of missing class and travel. With that result I was able to avoid having this impact my insurance and causing me a great financial burden. I had gone through 64 years of life without any encounters with the legal system until an event in November involving an altercation with neighbors over loud noises. In an incident that took no more than three minutes I was shocked to be arrested with my wife. I considered both of us completely innocent and simply attempting to defend ourselves. I fell inside a Home Depot and on a puddle of water and hurt my Knee and my Elbow. I was a little and embarrassed and upset about what had happened. It turns out the employees already knew that the puddle was there and didn’t clean it. I went to the Emergency Room an hour later and was told I needed to go to an Orthopedic. After seeing the Orthopedic I was told that I needed to go to therapy. After speaking with my husband I decided to call an attorney. I came across Price Benowitz, LLP and spoke with the office. At first it was slow process and I was unsure as to what I could expect. After some time I spoke with an angel, Amanda, who was the paralegal handling my case. She reassured me that she would do her best to do what she could. She made me feel that she was more interest in me than my actual case. I found the law firm of Price Benowitz from an internet search when I was looking for an attorney who could represent me for my Personal Injury case and file a law suit on my behalf on the same day. Price Benowitz gladly took my case and did what they do best, he went to work. The personal injury lawyers here are very approachable and can put someone at ease quite naturally. They are professional, reliable and always well informed. I reached out a couple different lawyers and Price Benowitz, LLP was the only one to respond to my request for help with a traffic violation. I spoke with the office and was connected with attorney Peter Biberstein. I sent in some more information so he had a better idea.
