Last month I checked out some schools around me offering tech courses in the health field and still not sure so I walked into the building where Mariah at the info desk helped me with some questions and had me sit on a couch while she made some calls, after a few minutes I met with the heads of some departments that talked to me including Lisa in phlebotomy who made me want to join her class, then she took me to Jen who explained the different days and times they had the class so it would flex around my schedule, I thought about it for a few days and went back and Jen helped me fill out some papers and worked out a payment plan so that I only have to pay part of it every month and now Im about a month away from having a phlebotomist licence and probably a job because a lot of Quest diagnostics are around me but said they couldnt hire me unless I was certified.

I rate American Institute with 5 star rating! I attended American Institute in 2005 for Massage Therapy.I enjoyed the program and school so much ive decided to enroll for the Dental Assistant program this year. I find the program to be exciting! i love the hands on experience,having the feeling of being in a real dental setting.The staff here are Amazing! As a student here i feel that there is a great support system to helping me reach my goal. The admissions reps are fantastic here, Id like to show recognition to one of the admissions reps Mike Cairo, always helpful, energetic, and eager to help, and makes his time available when needed.I have no doubt that i will be successful because of resources and availability provided. Thanks American Institute.

American Institute is a wonderful school! The staff there is extremely helpful. I have gone through many hurdles since beginning my studies there, and everyone there, from my Program Director, my instructors, Kim Colbert, and Chris Coutts, everyone was extremely helpful to me. They pushed me to keep going forward, were always there to listen when I needed an ear, and never let me give up on myself. Thanks to them, I learned so much about the Medical Coding & Billing field. They are also paying for my first year of my AAPC membership and helping me with job placement! I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future and recommend American Institute to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming school environment.

Going to American Institute was one of the best decisions i ever made. They are not only very friendly but they are very helpful. I want to give a big out shout out to a very important guy that help me follow my dream. Thanks Mike for letting me know how amazing this school is and not only telling me but being one of many people to actually show me how amazing it is. I take Computer Networking System program here and i tell you its bout far the best. I recommend people to come and try out its very warming and amazing here.

Loving my program medical assistant at AI....AI is a great school if you allow it to open up your mind and learn and interact with your classmates... the faculty and teachers are awesome. They make the program interesting and help you into succeeding and achieve your goals! We all work together to help each other here at AI in west Hartford! My experience in the dental assistant program at American Institute was a great one! I have to say the staff and teachers are extremely helpful and care for your success here. I feel that they are very family oriented. Also i love how involved and passionate the dental teachers were! I absolutely love this school and would recommend it to anyone!
