This school is truly a fraud! They are claiming to support the military and Join the Yellow Ribbon Program to get the recognition but the actual support is not even pennies against this multi-million dollar school. This program was built to assist in financially supporting Military and Family Members to attend schools out-of-state and abroad at a rate comparable, if not equal, to in-state students and help overcome the hardships of military families constantly moving in support of our nations freedom. It is a joke they are calling themselves Yellow Ribbon Program members; offering a measly $1000 against a $25,000 annual out-of-state tuition difference. Then to offer it to only 2 undergraduates and 2 graduates in a school of over 10,000!!....Really? I can get a better military discount at Waffle House! They are making a mockery of a Program that is TRULY built to SUPPORT our troops!!!

THIS WEEKEND 4-16-15 TO 4 19 15 THE RADFORD BASEBALL TEAM WAS STAYING IN MYRTLE BEACH, SC. IN ONE OF THE ROOMS THE PLAYERS WERE STAYING AT THE COMFORT SUITES (ROOM 308) THEY DECIDED THAT PUTTING THEIR TRASH IN THE HALLWAY WAS AN ACCEPTABLE THING TO DO. AFTERALL, THEY ARE BASEBALL PLAYERS AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THEIR INSTITUTE OF HIGHER LEARNING AND SOMEONE ELSE BELOW THEIR STATURE SHOULD CLEAN UP AFTER THEM.

So... I want to respond to the young man that stated that Radford was 2/3rds black. Number 1 the town of Radford is almost all white. #2 the university is 70% white. Lastly, what does the demographics of the school have to do with anything. The area is a bit desolate but the professors, the students, and the "townies" make it worth the move. The dude that commenetd needs to sit down and hush it!!!

Radford University is a great College. The faculties there are extremely helpful and will help you get through your education. They will do their very best to help you fit in. Most of the faculties there will not try to sell you the school. They are completely honest and will tell you whether the school is right for you or not.

I have a disability. It has been one and a half years and my DRO was ignored by the professor. I asked again recently and was told it would be resolved. It was not, I am still waiting,,,, On a side note, great applied work!

As a 1994 graduate, I can honestly say that RU was a great place to obtain an education. Small town atmosphere with big city amenities. Will gladly send my kids there if they so choose, with no reservations. Go Highlanders!
