after completing a 3 day course with Ron out in Scottsdale I can say I am completely satisfied with the experience. I look forward to the advanced training next year in TN. Even if you are not a green pea this class is helpful. It is always good to touch up on skills and get another look at ways to succeed which Ron thoroughly goes through. Ron himself is a complete professional with years of knowledge. From the first delivery back in the dealership the advice and knowledge he gave to me has been an immediate impact on my stores success, my success and most important of them all the ability to help a customer. I went through the 3 day course with Ron. I learned more in that 3 days than any seminar, training or coaching session I have ever been a part of. The information and resources Ron shares is truly priceless in value. The energy in his teaching of his techniques makes for a fun class also. You will be engaged, challenged and given the tools to meet the challenge. I have a much different perspective on many of the common interactions that happen in our business now. Wonderful class, Ron is great at what he does. I would recommend anyone with no experience to 30 years in the business to give the class a shot. The first thing I did when I got back was sit down with the others in my auto group and gave just a few bits of the many things I took from the class and we immediately made adjustments to our routine.
