I truly enjoyed this class and I also learned very much from it. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but I have to say this was one of the best courses I have taken. I spent 8 weeks in this program and found it very useful to me to pass my exam the first time. The class was very well done. The teacher incorporate stories into their teachings to help us visualize the information and also remember the information better. The course is intense. The teacher concentrated most of the class time on the most complex and difficult parts of the course work and then always answered the questions we had in the end of the chapters of the book. I would suggest this school to anyone wanting to pass the exam. My teacher was AWESOME!!!

This school really drills the core concepts of realty and law into you from the start until the very end leaving you with an excellent base for all of the details in real estate. Very concentrated on not waisting your time and getting you to pass your tests. I had Cheryl the president of the school as my teacher and you could tell she really cared about us passing these exams and making sure we had the knowledge to keep ourselves out of trouble when we did get our licenses (turns out you can get sued for pretty much everything) she even came in 2 extra 4 hour days for more exam prep free of charge. Any bad review of this school is from someone who did not study or do their homework and failed.

This course was far better then I originally expected. My instructor Cheryl Wall is the best of the best. She is extremely knowledgable, professional and highly qualified. She wants to see all of her students pass and she guides you throughout the course to ensure each students success. I loved taking this course and will definitely be back in a couple years for the brokerage class. I highly recommend the Connecticut Real Estate Institute with Cheryl Wall for anyone wanting a career in real estate.

Cheryl was straightforward + no-nonsense. She made it clear day 1 that the only goal was to get us through the licensing exams. She followed through, as every class was chock-full of information and no b.s. She kept from getting side-tracked and limited course content to things we would need to know to take the test. AND they give you the 40.00 books! Highly recommend.
