We worked with Wendy Paulis and Wisdom Real Estate to sell the family home of 55 years in Denver after my mother passed away this Spring. Complicating the situation was the fact that my brother and I, executors of the estate, both live out of state. Our experience with Wisdom was completely positive in all aspects. They were extremely responsive to our questions, concerns and time constraints. They often, on short notice, rearranged schedules to accommodate our short visits to Denver so we could meet, get information, and make sale arrangements. We appreciated their advise on things we could do to improve how the house showed and even references for various service providers (painting, carpet cleaning, etc.). We were provided with thorough and frequent market analysis and comps prior to our putting the house up for sale, then daily information about viewings and comments. The house was widely marketed through Wisdom. Through emails and phone calls we were kept appraised of movement on the house and they carefully walked us through contract negotiations once an offer was made (in just a couple of days!). Questions we had were researched and responded to promptly. We experienced, on all levels, a high degree of professionalism, attention, enthusiasm, and personal connection with the Wisdom group. We would highly recommend Wendy Paulas and the Wisdom team.

My fiancée and I had the pleasure working with Greg at Wisdom Real Estate as our buyer’s agent. We first met Greg at an open house and his personable and friendly character made us contact him just a few days later. This turned out to be an excellent decision. Greg is very familiar with all the aspects of buying a home. He explained each step carefully and outlined the available options. This was particularly helpful because as a first time home buyer and nonnative, I was not very familiar with all the details involved in the home buying process in the US. Greg understood quickly what type of property we were looking for, and we never felt being pushed to make any particular decision. The Wisdom Real Estate team made the sale of our home such a smooth, uncomplicated process. They worked hard to keep us informed and updated about each step in the process, ensuring that all of our questions were answered as soon as each arose. They were proactive in marketing our home before it even hit the market, posting pictures of our home before it even hit the market. They also posted videos of the home online so buyers could preview the home before visiting the location. They used multiple websites and channels of marketing to sale our home, and even hosted an open house to attract more buyers. Their marketing strategy is comprehensive and innovative. Plus, they were incredibly professional in working with both us as the sellers as well as all potential buyers. They’re an honest, personable group of professionals. An aspect I consider to be paramount in a realtor is responsiveness. Home buying can be a stressful and difficult time; there are so many variations in builds, neighborhoods, schools, commute to work, yards, you name it! As you go through and decide, then change your mind, then change your mind again, you need a realtor who can roll with all of your flusters. Morgan is so fast at returning emails no matter the time of day. Morgan could meet me at any time that worked with my schedule, often packing in 4 or 5 homes in the same block of time. I was on a tight schedule with work and she was able to make it so that I could see as many homes as I wanted as quickly as possible. This way, I could have the edge I needed in such a competitive market as Denver.

I was offered to purchase a condo, that I was currently renting, prior to it going on the market and ended up closing on it in July. Dan Root, with Wisdom Real Estate, was hired to work the real estate side as intermediary for the seller. Even though he was not representing me as an agent, he did a great job of supporting my interests and really help to close in a timely manner. He was very good with communication, availability, and helpful with chasing down answers to any questions I had. Kama was such a fantastic resource! The housing market was tough to navigate in general. But we were in an especially challenging position as we were trying to purchase a home from out of state. She worked with us as we sent family members to view open houses. She was always responsive, positive, thoughtful and helpful. I went along despite suspicions that the reviews sounded too good to be true. I was won over pretty quickly by the competence and kindness I was shown.
