I’m writing this review to highly recommend Richard Fahey. Richard helped us tremendously when we were in a very difficult situation. Without going into a great amount of detail about our case, we were wrongly accused of something awful. Our only option was to defend ourselves or settle the issue. Richard and his team explained every step of the litigation process to us and fought hard to not only get insurance coverage but also to settle our case. Navigating through the insurance process was confusing (we were denied a couple of times). Thanks to Richard’s persistence and expertise in this area our insurance company acquiesced and covered the costs and settlement. Without this coverage we would not have been able to get this nightmare resolved and out of our lives. Richard was on top of every aspect of this case. (In fact, there were several instances wherein Richard had to instruct the opposing attorney’s office in correct procedure!). No detail was overlooked. Richard also thoroughly explained every step of the process. Having this type of attention during this type of process really helped to keep our minds at ease. Richard is an integral part of the San Diego community, and has a large network of connections and work associates. It seems to be in the litigation process not only what you know but who you know (and Richard knows a lot of people!). Richard and his team have enabled us to put this whole affair behind us, and have allowed us to move forward with our lives. In short, I don’t know how our lives would have been had we not worked with Richard. I don’t know how that I was lucky enough to come across Richard’s name while on the search for an attorney. I am so thankful that we were fortunate enough to have him on our side!!!!!

When I called to obtain information on a letter I received, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and even hung up on me. When I called back to speak with an office manager, she stated that she was the office manager and again went back degrading and belittleing. Whenever she would ask me a question, I would answer it. Apparently I was providing too much information and detail. I would never want someone to represent me in such a way that this lady did.

He was preparing the documents for the court and end up being with not going to the court since we dropped case.
