EDC provides quality eviction defense for defenseless tenants, and helps keep families in place. There is a tidal wave of evictions in Alameda County; the courtrooms are full of banks and landlords evicting tenants in order to raise rents. EDC is doing an excellent job in a very hostile environment. The other "reviews" prove my point. I am an attorney who reluctantly will do eviction defense when I cannot turn my back on the need. EDC attorneys are an inspiration when I find myself in trial court.
