They where very professional and even when you couldn’t get a person on the phone the email follow ups where surprisingly hard to beat. “They don’t play around”. CA Traffic Tickets turned out to be a real good thing for me because I’ve never received a traffic ticket before and I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t even know such firms existed, so I’m really grateful that I discovered them. Their policy is, “If we don’t win, you don’t pay,” so you have nothing to lose, right? I was skeptical about the process and result but went along with it to find out. Expensive experiment to be sure. The lawyer I worked with (Joel) was very straight forward and explained the upside and downside. Full disclosure of the process. He was also very attentive to my questions. The process took a few months but the case was dismissed and I got my bail money back. I was elated. I will recommend them to others. Good job gentlemen.
