Without hesitation, I would recommend Scott Kauffman to any of my colleagues in need of anything from a simple tax return to a business tax return with all of the tax code complexities they can bring and of course solid tax legal advice when needed. I work and reside outside of the US and my returns are generally complex by nature. A few years ago, my wife had a tax issue and I asked Scott to see if he could straighten it out as it impacted my return. Dealing with the IRS can be frustrating on occasion and it took almost three years but Scott never waived in getting to the end result and I received all moneys owed to me plus interest back from the IRS. I could not have had a better outcome.
