I attempted to cash a work check that says pay to "Petty cash" This particular Wells Fargo refused to do it. I said this is what my work gives me and will continue to give me, as a reimbursement for expenses. The bank told me these checks are too dangerous, and they refused to cash them. However when stopped by a different Wells Fargo, it was cashed with no problem.

I have not had one single problem since switching over to Wells Fargo more than 6 months ago. This particular branch is in the center of downtown and is always crowded. But they always have multiple teller windows open. Its a bank. They are busy. All the time. I feel that is a good sign since a ton of people bank with Wells Fargo.

I usually spend 15 to 20 minutes in line. Never enough tellers yet there are at least 8 or 9 other employees standing around not doing anything, They need to make the greeter a teller so things can move faster.
