In May, 2015, my wife and I were rear-ended at high speed on Hwy. 101 in central California. We were both injured and my Tundra truck sustained major damage, including a bent frame. Not long after the accident, we realized that the three insurance companies involved were not interested in helping us. On our doctor’s advice, we reached out for recommendations for an attorney. Our adult daughter recommended Timothy Osborn. Mr. Osborn took our case. Mr. Osborn secured maximum amount settlements from all of the involved insurance companies. Mr. Osborn did so while sparing us the unpleasantness of depositions, hearings and trials. Mr. Osborn’s office staff were knowledgeable, responsive and always pleasant.
