WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN NEVER GO THERE !!!!!!! I have been helped by Zach, he changed me 5 times of insurance company because each time the price of my insurance was Increasing from $80 to $150 !! I was ensure that it was a great coverage for my car until I realize it was actually the minimum ! They never helped me, each time I tried to call them to understand better my issues they keep getting me on hold, told me they will call me back and never called me back or even telling me they were taking care of it and they did not. I decided to leave that insurance company because it has BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! and now after a year and a half I received a bill of $250 from a debt company because of one of the insurance that sameday contracted me with !!!! They never told me about paying a cancellation fee and they never updated my driver license and the picture of the car so now I have to pay the amount. When I tell them they are in fault they keep getting me on hold and are not helping him ! IF YOU WANT A GOOD INSURANCE DONT GO TO THIS INSURANCE !!!!!!!!!!

Buyer beware. I was lured in with a great rate on the phone. Went down to their office to be presented with a 50% rate increase based on information all other insurance companies confirm via telephone. Total waste of time. I actually got my insurance through Mercury Insurance online and it was cheaper anyways. Editing post since my first experience- The manager called me and apologized for the poor service experience, and explained what happened on their end in detail. I am still staying with my current provider, but will see Sameday Insurance in the future once I need to renew.

While I was deployed my car insurance expired and in looking for a new policy I came to Sameday Insurance, where I worked with Ray Mendoza. They were very quick to respond to questions and requests for information and were very helpful in getting a new policy at a much lower rate than I could find elsewhere.

I have four speeding tickets and geico wanted to charge me an additional $200 a month. I spoke with Eli at Sameday Insurance and he gave me multiple discounts and I was paying a whole lot less than what i was paying with geico before the tickets. I have full coverage now and I am saving more money! GO HERE AND ASK FOR ELI!!! SAVE MONEY!
