First, I would not trust 5 star reviews. I have seen employees of the agency posting some of these reviews in the past. Second, this agency has reneged on their agreed price twice in the last two months. Their agents are either incompetent or dishonest. Run far far away. I wish I knew then what I know now. I will cancel my policy as soon as I believe my rates elsewhere will not increase.
