Be very careful when dealing with this company. My son was hit while stopped at a light by someone who had Infinity Ins, driving him into the car in front of him. The car that hit my son was then hit by another car. This did not effect my sons damages at all. The police report and all accounts put the blame on the driver that hit my son. 6 weeks after Infinity is saying they will pay for 50% of the damages to the back of my sons car because they now say the 4th car caused the majority of the damages which goes against all accounts of what happened and the physics of the accident if you have any intellect whatsoever. Do your best to avoid this company at all costs. There claim rep takes days to respond to my calls and always gives me time estimates that are never ever met. As the person below stated, this is a legalized sham.

The service was pretty decent. They were able to answer all the questions I had. This was the first time I had an accident so I had plenty of questions. The adjuster was very polite and had great customer service. The rental car I was given was really small, however, the adjuster was able to help me out and get me a better car for my kids to fit in. I just ran into a couple of minor issues, but luckily, they were all resolved timely.

This is the most awfull experience with dealing with customer service... I sent over two hours asking to speak with the adjuster supervisor after leaving voice messages for over a week. I was hung up on and transferred to go throught the command promp or sent to a voice message. There is no customer service here and after requesting a supervisor, The lady was rude and condesending and she sent me to a voicemail as well.

Unethical, unprofessional and uneducated workers. Customer service reps are trained to be jerks based on their rating system. An Infinity worker nearly hit my car in their parking lot and then gave me the finger.
