John & I wish to say "thank you" for the superb job you did in dealing with our landlord issues with the break lease program you implemented! I have to admit that we were quite a bit nervous throughout the process, thinking about all the possible outcomes; but you & your staff were always available to put our minds at ease & guide us through the process! All we had to do was follow the steps laid out for us in the paper work & leave the rest in your capable hands! We are so glad we came to you, trying to handle this in a "legal manner" & delighted to know that will be getting our security deposit back as well! You proved to us "above & beyond" that your program is a fantastic defense for us (underdogs) renters to battle slum lords with! I came to AZ Tenant Advocates on Saturday to talk about a pest issue I was having with my apartment. Not only did they find this but other legal avenues for which it was not a good idea to be staying in my apartment. By Monday we had submitted the necessary paperwork to legally break my lease, it was submitted just in time. Any questions or concerns I had during this process were thoughtfully answered and I was allowed to call with as many questions that came to mind. They were very reassuring and made this already overwhelming process much easier to process. I hope I have better luck in picking a residency in the future, but should i ever have issues again, I know who to refer to. The people at Arizona Tenants Associates have been great!

WHAT A SCAM!!! This guy is a liar and a fool. He charges a fortune to write a form letter that is available for free a the law library. His "office" is a the filthy and disgusting front room of his dumpy house. The "positive reviews" are false - he writes them himself!!! Notice how they are all basically the same? Oct. 15 - Ken is a SCAM ARTIST. He just denies bad reviews. Look for yourselves: his "office" is a SHITTHOLE and Ken looks and acts like a WEIRDO. All he is doing is using a form letter that is avaliabe for free from Maricopa law library. Arizona Tenants Advocates is just a waste of money. A lawyer would do the same thing for just a few hundred bucks

Arizona tenants advocates is AMAZING Helped me to fight the apartment complex, they were out of code and had many violations can and his office staff were extremely helpful and had all resources available. He and his team are upfront and honest about everything, and I really appreciated this I would not have been able to complete this without his legal expertise and extensive knowledge I would highly recommend him and his team if you ever have issues with an apartment or landlord.

Suck it up at your apartment, nothing is worth getting screwed like that last guy. We got super lucky that nothing has yet come back to haunt us yet, but we will see. I hope that whomever is looking to go for this will see these reviews first. They do a very good job at blowing you off after you pay them the money. They simply print some papers off and then you mail them off to the complex. Again, just suck it up and then move, just save up for a house.

I spoke with Ken today and because of this occurrence ( careful not to say advice or the like ) I have taken a correction with my intentions and placed them is a peaceful place by not furthering my efforts for a principled argument worth 122 dollars in small claims court if I won . So you can see this would have been a rabbit hole if not for Kens basic world view that says give it up , we have more important things to do . Thank you Ken for your Wisdom .

WARNING DO NOT USE!!! WARNING DO NOT USE!!! THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY, SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, BUT SENT THE CONFIRMATION TO THE WRONG EMAIL. I HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THE MONEY IN THE CORRECT EMAIL THOUGH. THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT. THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEIR HOUR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED WAS WORTH THE MONEY WE SPENT. They are wonderful people to get help from when you have a shadey landlord or one thats breaking the law and they are so affordable as well.
