BANKER BEWARE! This institution posts debits before credits, and will overdraw your account every chance they get. They will adamantly deny fault, and instead of working toward a resolution, they will apologize for the inconvenience, and add additional daily overdraft fees until the account is brought current. Not good for individuals working paycheck to paycheck. Heartless administration. Avoid this institution unless you have money to burn!

I have been a member of DSFCU for over 5 years. Over that time I have had nothing but problems. I have spent hours on the phone trying to correct problems. Shared banking is offered, but is a joke. I have been in another state and been unable to deposit money into the account. I would recommend staying FAR AWAY from this credit union.

I went in to set up direct deposit the routing number and bank account number they printed was off so my paycheck never went to my account and when I told them about it, they did nothing I waited 2 weeks before I got my money back.

I have been a member here for some time. No issues until recently when I needed access to a past transaction and I was told it would cost 20.00 an hour to "research" it. Just give me access to my own financial data please.

The absolute worst bank I have ever used. Be warned... The is not a credit union this is a greedy unforgiving bank. They care NOTHING about their members!
