Employees are great. Paula was very helpful in explaining everything. I also spoke with Reyna who was super nice. The only reason why i removed one star was due to the rate. If you get a small loan it will be more interest than most places (10% MPR or 217% APR). Also, what I disliked was that the interest does not accrue daily until after 30 days. So, if you wanted to pay it off early before the 30 days you will still pay for the month. Other than that it is a great place. Totally recommend due to the great customer service from these ladies. Having never applied for a title loan before, I was a little nervous when I walked in the door to Phoenix Title Loans in Avondale, but as soon as Celia greeted me with a big smile on her face, I felt immediately at wase. What I thought would be a difficult and stressful process was anything but. Celia walked me through the process and made sure I understood everthing completely. Usually am in need of money and ask my friends to give me a loan They got tired of me asking for money so they recommended to head over to a auto loan store where i could get cash Usually I hate getting loans because of all the paper work must be filled out but here it was really easy and fast to get the cash i needed :) Really nice staff.. clean store..above that its also a pawn shop haha pretty awesome!
