Kathyrn at Allstate...AMAZING! I am new to independent living. I called Allstate for detailed and specific information regarding my car policy and home policy, which is insured through Allstate. I let Kathyrn know that I had no idea what my payments (car and home) covered. I asked for in-depth answers about different policy costs and benefits, what is and is not covered, anything I could think of. Kathyrn, not only answered EVERY question thoroughly. She explained what the answers meant with real life examples. She took the TIME and had the PATIENCE to listen, answer and then ask if I needed anything else. I am so impressed with the service I received today. Kathyrn is an incredibly relatable, kind and knowledgable agent.
