I was pulled over in Chesapeake, VA. and given a reckless driving charge of 95/60. I had no idea the severity of this at first. After doing my research since I had a few previous serious traffic offenses and a court date to come I decided I had no choice but to seek legal advice and I am more than grateful that I found Mr. Louie! From the very beginning he was straight forward, honest and extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked or needed to know. His consultation was free and very informative. Needless to say I hired him the very next day! He had my original court date continued to give me time to get everything done that he asked me to do. I followed every instruction and with his representation it ALL paid off! To say he saved my life would be an understatement! We were in front of the judge for no more than 15 minutes and my misdemeanor was dropped to 20 over and $120 fine. I was looking at jail time and some serious fines but Mr. Louie did everything he needed to do to make sure that did NOT happen to me. The past few months had been tortuous and he lifted a huge burden from my shoulders and I am forever grateful. If you are looking for a straight forward, honest and reliable lawyer at a VERY affordable price then he is the one for you! You will be more than thankful you did I promise you.

Last year I was caught going 36 MPH over the speed limit automatically landing me with a court hearing for reckless driving. With fear of higher insurance, temporary loss of my drivers license, fines, and being thrown in jail, I seeked help from Mr. Peter. I received a reckless driving ticket (78/55) in Virginia Beach in Oct 13. Peter was very easy to work with, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I felt his retainer compared with a few others was reasonable. He walked me through the court process and gave me specific guidance on what to do before my court date. At the first appearance I was convicted of reckless driving and fined, but received no jail time. Peter recommended we appeal, so I did. Later that day he called me to tell me there was something he felt that we had missed in the case. He offered to do the appeal for free based on the glitch. He was able to reduce the charge to speeding 9 over by working with the city prosecutor. He was very honest and forthcoming. I was very impressed with him overall. He made my first experience with a lawyer very pleasant and definitely bucked the stereotype. I highly recommend him!

I was pulled over in Virginia Beach going 78mph in a 55mph zone and received a notifcation to appear in court for reckless driving. I looked up this charge on wikipedia and quickly learned this was no joke. Facing big charges ($2500 fine, 6 points, permanent record, etc) I realized I needed to take action. I am an out of state driver from PA and could not take off any more time to appear in court. Peter was very affordable and did exactly what he promised. He was able to get the ticket reduced to speeding so I only had to pay a small fine. Would I speed again in VA? No. Would I use Peter again? Absolutely. The whole experience has made me a better driver as well.

The judge dropped it and simply gave me a improper driving, i had to pay a hefty fee, but it was worth it rather than having a misdemeanor on my record.
