I was very grateful to have Mr. Marcari represent me. From the first time I called to make an appointment, I felt welcomed. Vicki was very compassionate and listened to what I had gone through and took down notes of my situation. Later, I was introduced to Mrs. Harrell, and she checked up on me from time time to to see how I was progressing and she also kept me up to date on what was going on and let me know that my case would take a while, due to the circumstances. When I first spoke with and then later met, Mr. Macari, he put me at ease immediately and it was very easy talking with him. He was very polite, professional and a gentleman.
