ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE There are so many choices for auto insurance these days...but if you are looking for a company ...more specifically a location that cares about CUSTOMER SERVICE then you must go to A-MAX -MESQUITE and ask for Evelyn! I have been with A-Max for several yrs. and can not speak well of the other locations. After watching Evelyn today, my faith in Customer Service has been restored. She greets everyone that walks through the door and exemplifies professionalism when explaining the insurance policy to make sure it is understandable. Keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service a max insurance place i asked for something real simple like a copy of my insurance card. Then to find out that the insurance card that I was given was an expired one who would think they where given you an expired one. I was pissed looked like fool and waste of time that i took off from work. I will never in my life will walk in this a max!!!!

The worst experience ever. The lobby was full and it was only two insurance agents But one stayed on the Phone with a customer 30minutes or more instead of handling the customer that was there. I will Never come to this location again!
