For over a year now I have been fully covered by Mazen. He has helped me with everything that has to do with my car insurance. He is very professional, organized, and dedicated. He makes sure that everything is taken care of in a timely manner and he truly goes above and beyond in responding to any request I may have, he even responds during weekends through email. He takes his job very seriously and is always sure to resolve issues and follow through with everything. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Mazen. I been a cab driver for years, and been dealing with them and I have never have a problem, they help you with any questions and problems, that you may have, they have an answer for any questions that you may have relate to TLC, and the best of all is that they speak several languages, which it work specially when you have drivers that speak Spanish, so if you ever need insurance, this is your place!!! specially ELVIRA, she is the best!!

I started doing business with NY auto brokerage about two years ago. I never experience any difficulty during my encounter with any of the representatives. Myriam in particular had been very patient to answer all my questions. When the answer was not readily available, she would get on the phone to find the answer for me before I leave the office. People there are sometimes nice and cool, but if you are really looking for someone who knows his work and can solve your issues, just go directly to the guy sitting on the first desk in the extended part of the office. He can help you with everything. I strongly recommend him.
