It was a bit frustrating dealing with cover wallet as the policy they issued did not match the written requirements I gave them. The initial sales rep never even looked at the requirements. It took a month, and a competent account manager, to get this straightened out. I was lucky that I had everything in writing and I recommend doing the same.
