I had a bad car accident in Tacoma and I suffered a herniated disc that took a while to heal. The semi truck that ran a red light and hit me then said it was my fault. Classic case of he said/she said. I looked for an attorney who would fight for me. I found this firm and the reviews were universally positive and great. I hired them to represent me and the great reviews just scratched the surface of how good they were. My attorney, Edward Le, didn’t hand off my case to an associate, he handled it himself. Edward spent a lot of time with me and going over step by step of the litigation procedure. He also showed great concern about me and that meant the world to us. Edward really cared about what I was going through and sincerely wanted the best for me. He went up against a tough insurance company that stalls and hates to part with a penny. Edward and his team never stopped pursing them and getting them to cooperate expeditiously. It was great that he was so accessible. I never had to leave endless messages for him to call me back and he never passed me off to an associate. He always took my calls and dealt with me personally. My case wasn’t a rain maker but he handled it as if it were. When he told me what the claim was settled for, I couldn’t believe it. I never thought it was going to be so much. It was very refreshing dealing with a man as caring and professional as he was. I wish I could have given him a higher rating than 5 stars.

I could tell Edward was a great lawyer from our first meeting. I was hurt from a crash by a truck that turn into my lane, totaled my car, and then blamed me for causing the wreck. I was hurt and thought I was going to get better. Almost immediately, the insurance called and gave me a few hundred dollars to sign a release. I said no and research several attorneys to help me. We hired Ed in October of 2015 to handle my wife’s TBI case after the first attorney basically did nothing for 3 months. Ed met with us on a Sunday and gave us loads of information we had been missing out on about the trauma my wife had endured and had a list of specialists who could get her back on track. He filed suit immediately and was able to negotiate a settlement after depositions and before a trial. We were able to get the whole thing settled June of this year and he is continuing to help with negotiating the ERISA lien. Ed is a very good attorney. He took my case after another attorney referred me to him. He worked very hard on my case, always making sure to call me back, deal with my doctors office, and help me fight the insurance company to get me the treatment I needed.
