Ric and his company are truly what they advocate - Good neighbors who are there to stand by you. Ric has handled several losses over many years with our family (auto damage, hurricane damage to our home, and even surprisingly significant damage to our car by a mouse!) In EVERY crisis, he and SFI responded professionally, fairly, and quickly to settle our claim with knowledgeable and friendly folks, always hassle free. He did not just give us a number to call and pass us off into a corporate maze, he always stayed with us through the process and made it simple - followed up to insure all went well - even how to catch those pesky damaging rodents. Great company - great agent!

Ric has been a reliable advisor since we moved to Virginia over ten years ago. Recently when our grandson turned 16 and it was time to turn him loose on the roads. We visited Ric and he spent a great deal of valuable time impressing our grandson with the importance of practicing safe driving techniques and accepting responsiblitiy for his actions. Beleive it or not the grandson really appreciated the time and has been a responsible driver. On another note, I had a major accidents back in 2003 and 2007, State Farm and Rick came through wonderfully in a time of need. Keep up the great work Ric.
