The perfect five-star score is insufficient to accurately rate the Portner & Shure Team. This team deserves a perfect-plus score and most of it because of Ms. Heather J. After having a car accident in May 2015, my doctor referred me to Portner & Shure law firm. Initially, I was reluctant to use the firm because I had used a different law office previously. However due to the Doctor’s persistent endorsement, I decided to go with Portner & Shure. The initial exchanges with my first paralegal were regrettably unpleasant – It felt she was too busy to work on my case or answer my questions. This negligence continued for weeks. At one point, I was so frustrated that I called various law firms to possibly transfer my case to them. Fortunately, this is when Mr. Portner reassigned my case to Ms. Heather J. If there is one word to describe Heather, the word is OUTSTANDING. She took full control of my case, answered questions, was cordial, was professional, provided regular status updates, and most importantly, resolved my issues flawlessly.
