Lovely agency to help you with buying, and billing. When I got rear ended I called them..... never got to talk to my agent. "Ok i thought must be busy". Over a week later I get a voicemail. But the moment my insurance is about to run out.... BAM email, text, call, multiple warnings about how bad it will be to no re-enroll. Oh and when I ask the office staff to do ONE THING (change my mailing address) it..... never happens. I give them 2 stars because I feel like 1 star reviews are discouted. They are great at sales, and letting you know when your insurance is about to expire. "Like a good neighbor Colt Sampson will call you to upsell!" (scratch that usually an email.)

Well, started off terrible when seeing a mistake in billing. The mistake caused by after hours phone number (no star for after hours help) Calling Colts office and speaking with Mariah turned my frown upside down and saved me lots of money. Im greatful for her customer service. I could tell she was smiling over the phone just helping me save money and correct a mistake. Go ahead, Mariah. DROP THE MIC! BOOM! Thanks, Happy Customer

Colt and his team are amazing. I live in the Salt Lake area and prefer to use their office in Payson which is more than an hour away from my home. They have saved me money as well as made some great recomendations. I am proud to suggest them to my friends and family members who are using them as well.
