Gary Collins is a childish and rude to work with. He consistently interrupts customers on the phone and does not take the time to explain changes in your insurance policy. Gary Collins would not let me finish a sentence while on the phone causing me to become flustered, after which he began patronizing me and finally hung up on me mid-sentence. When I tried to immediately call back, McKinzie (The Secretary) refused to connect me to Gary claiming he was on the phone with another client. After finally getting a hold of Gary again, he continued to interrupt and patronize me bragging about how it would not matter which company I go to, I will receive the same coverage regardless. Do not use this company. Spend you money elsewhere.

WORST RATES EVER!!!!!! I have no tickets or accidents and they kept raising my rates. Have been with them for years but they could care less. Went to add another car to my insurance and they wanted to charge me over 250 dollars for 2 basic cars. Went to progressive and they gave me a rate of 147 for both cars and half the deductible. The only regret I have is staying as long as I did.

I have been with State Farm for about a year and half. I started paying 212 a month and then I got into a small fender bender and my insurance went up to 356. That sucks but it is still a better rate then any other insurance company. So hopefully my rate will drop soon. So I think State Farm is the best insurance company at least for me. And Troy and Gary are awesome to work with.

Very great service! They always made sure repairs on my vehicle were done quickly and paid in full without any hassle from adjusters or coverage issues. Troy made sure to answer all of my questions I had on my policy and left me feeling at ease that my insurance would cover all of my repairs at a reliable body shop that was recommended by him as well.

Troy Martinez is the WORST insurance guy I have ever had to deal with! He will NOT help you solve any insurance dilemma. He is in the wrong business!!! I will NEVER even look at getting insurance with State Farm ever again because of how utterly awful Troy Martinez was to us.
