I was in an accident where the driver of the other car ran a red light, clearly he was at fault. You would think open and shut case; but no, both my insurance company and there’s were giving me the run around. That’s when I decided I needed help, so I called up John Tillotson at the Advocates. From the moment I contacted John he and his team were very honest and professional, and I was beyond satisfied with their work. I especially can’t say enough good things about Ashley Mayberry she was the one I primarily worked with on my case (John’s paralegal), She is a bulldog and went to bat for me multiple times during this process, and as madding as my situation was she somehow mad it fun. I knew I had a highly experienced, well-organized and dedicated team supporting me. It was quickly apparent that John and team team are comprised of a group of professionals who love what they do and truly want to help people. Out of the many attorneys there are to choose from, I am glad I went with John and Ashley who listened and worked with me. I would recommend John and Ashley at the Advocates to anyone in need of not just a great attorney, but also a great team! Thanks for your help!

Okay let me start off by saying I was in a car crash where a lady rear-ended me, completely TOTALING my car. If anyone had been in my backseat they would have DIED. After working with the Advocates I am extremely disappointed. I walked away with only $3000 to pocket. After many, many physical Jeramy appointments, chiropractor visits, and two MRIs!! Could not believe how low my settlement was. They were very lazy when it came to my case, and I have no idea why. Now I know to go elsewhere if anything like his were ever to horrifically happen again. Working with them wasted so much time and energy which could have benefited me anywhere else!

Not only does he address any concerns you have he is very proactive on your case. I would recommend John to anyone, he works hard for you and to make sure your medical bills are paid.
