A friend recommended Hackler Law Firm and I will be reviewing my interactions and overall experience with the firm. In the consultation, Wendy gave me suggestions and advice as well as a timeline of how things would develop. Cost was also explained and I felt her law firm had the knowledge and experience that I needed and at the price my budget allowed. I used email to communicate with her law firm the majority of the time, and there were a few occasions when I spoke with them over the phone. Aside from an email or two that went un-answered, all my interactions were positive. The quality of service I received was consistently satisfactory. Wendy was present during key moments in my case and she vocalized my stance and my wishes to the judge eloquently. Wendy and Nick were quick to update me as things developed. There was only one instance when I had to ask if there was any progress to my case. Towards the end, opposing counsel was dragging their feet, but Nick took charge and followed up with opposing counsel to keep things moving forward. Closing thoughts... Legal matters take time to work out. I look back and I think about all the victories I had and they would not have been possible without Wendy and Nick. The minute I entered their office, they met or exceeded my expectations. I saw in them a passion for their work, where others had none. They empathize and they work diligently on every case. Stop by and speak to them about your situation, your case will be in good hands.

The law office of Wendy Hackler has been the most professional, courteous ,prompt legal services I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Wendy and her assistant Nick handled our case on a professional yet personal level which I have never seen when dealing with lawyers. I live in Utah and our case jurisdiction resided in Texas. All of our correspondence was handled via email and phone and we never had to leave the state of Utah. Our case involved custody as well as visitation issues involving 2 children and ultimately all decisions rested in our favor on multiple appearances by Wendy in the state of Texas. Nick and Wendy were absolutely amazing with my modification case. They explained the process completely and kept me updated as the case progressed. They also handled everything in a caring manner which made me feel very comfortable during an extremely emotional time.
