we were involved in a significant and complicated multi parcel real estate transaction in 2015-2016 . it required us to work very closely with his team even though he did not represent us as the sellers. there were many, many moving parts. many entities in the buy and sell side. many amendments . mike and his team ( and the folks at Alamo title) were completely professional and worked well with our legal team to make the transactions work smoothly, from contract through payment. his staff is well trained ,responsive and wonderful to work with. they even helped facilitate some of the " sell side" problems that arise weekly in a transaction of this nature. I would absolutely recommend him whether its on the buy or sell side!!
