Liars and unprofessional....I called yesterday and someone took my number and name and said they was on the phone with a customer and would call me back never got a call back and I called them and I guess they was closed... And all I was trying to do is pay a bill like really...so today I called again and they were supposedly busy and took my name and number again and said they will call in 30 mins....Its been way over 2 hours...no call back smh...yall need to get it together...I ended up calling googling the company who I have insurance by to pay my bill...and they got my payment processed fast. Terrible experience with Amax!

Worst customer service. Liliana lost my inspection paper and claimed she did not have but yet she managed to have a copy of it. Thanks to her I had to pay for my inspection twice. The employees there do not care about their customers, all they care about is getting paid by the hour. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

They are always show. All the agents are always taking calls and it takes them forever to assist the customer waiting in front of me. I always wait @least for 30 minutes or over for the simplest stuff. They can have two on the phone and assist the customers in the store.
