We have had a close family relationship with our agent for 19 years and trusted him explicitly. So when we read the letter from Patricia at Western Gold Insurance Agency, we were very skeptical about earthquake & deductible options. We found that she was correct, so we switched our homeowner and earthquake policies. We now have a 10% deductible and our pool, decking, and ornamental rock wall are all covered.The next thing we checked was our One Million Personal Umbrella. I kind of always wondered why the policy provided liability for others and not my family. I’m a physician and without my ability to operate my income would be in serious jeopardy. Again, we found our company did not provide this coverage in their policy. We were able to add both under and uninsured motorist coverage which now extends to me and my family for bodily injury, disability, and time out of work. I asked Western Gold to increase our coverage to 3 million. Another nice byproduct is that we were able to increase all umbrellas at a cost less than we were paying before the dramatic increase in protection. Thank you for your wonderful, informative letter. Your agents were really great in thoroughly explaining the coverages and helped us fill the holes and gaps. Thanks Western Gold Insurance Agency! I just saved over $1,000 with better coverage.

We do not usually open our mail, but when I read your most informative letter, I had to call. I am certainly glad, because our savings, increased coverage, and new Umbrella Policy are really nice after two years of bad news. I sent your letter to my agent. He surprisingly said it was all true. He apologized for not being able to offer the same coverage. He hoped we would stay, but he understood if we left. Thank you for being honest with coverage information. We feel great with the better coverage and wonderful savings. We sometimes had our doubts about always getting a good price from our agent and company. You were right. We felt protected by brand name logos and slogans. We didn’t know the company you suggested us being with was best for us. Thanks for explaining Allied Nationwide’s ratings. We feel good about changing. We got a great policy, great advice and great agents. Our agent never really called except at time of renewal. We appreciate your annual Birthday letters and calling us just to say “Happy Birthday” always brightens our day.

Western Gold Insurance Agency OMG THIS COMPANY the worst customer services ever,Unprofessional,Careless called yesterday to clarify why my home insurance has been increased by 15 % ($128 more) been advised some one will contact me since I requested not dealing with Patrick Marino / dedicated agent to my account no one care to give call till I called Becky (Customer service ) them again today to find out some one dedicated the whole amount yesterday $ 956.15 witch I never authorized issue has been escalated to Alia customer services supervisor now she never clarify why the whole amount was charge on my account in the end I requested to cancel my policy starting from march 18th 2017. thanks for reading my review.

My experience with Western Gold Insurance was great, I dealt with Liz , B. I received a mailer for home insurance, when I called them Liz answered the phone and looked up the best rate and best company for me and it was half the price I was paying with State Farm with the same coverage, I was amazed at the speed and great service I received from Liz, even the next day when I called her to ask a question it was two minutes to five pm, she was on her way out but she took time to answer my question for like 10 min, I really appreciated her working with me as a customer and not looking at me in just dollar signs.

Horrible, Chris Barrett wrote up an insurance policy for us without us asking him. We have a good policy on that property through October, 2015, and because I asked him for a quote, he wrote up a policy starting June(?). I never asked for the new policy, I did not need it, but it caused a lot of problems with the Mortgage holder and I had to pay a penalty. Is he just surfing ytrough papers or does he think that asking for a quote is a sale?
