Worst payroll company ever, everytime you call them about a complain or something they do wrong they tell you what you want to hear. However they do something else and everyone tells you something different. In my experience with them they are thiefs and play with your money. If i could add -stars I would, they do not deserve not even 1 star review.........

So glad I switched over to Paychex, our Sales Consultant, Adam Stephens, has been an amazing help and made the transfer smooth and easy. He came out to my office 5-6 times just to make sure everything was set up properly. I would definitely recommend and refer Adam!

Terribly unorganized payroll company. Can never find your specialist when it is time to process payroll. Have to try your best to track somebody else down every time, in order to get your employees paid on time. Terrible and stressful experience.

I personally know an awesome Paychex employee name Savannah Schoessow. She is always courteous and professional every time I speak with her. She definitely has great customer service and really knows how to treat people.

This company sets a new standard for bad customer service. They need to address communications. As a minimum provide telephone numbers that work and people on the other end who at least act like they care.

Constantly sending out incorrect paychecks. No matter which supervisor you complain to, the problem is never resolved and they continue to miss things or get it wrong.
