Just returned from the new Capital One branch in Allen. Terrible customer service! While I waited for 15 minutes to see a banker, not once did the branch manager leave his office to come out and greet people. The banker was busy helping a trio with a $10,000 loan, so it was taking a while. Due to the open work concept, I could hear everything they were saying and subsequently everyone else could hear our conversations. When they were finally done, she escorted one of them to their private bathroom. When it was finally our turn, and we just had a simple question that took five minutes, I asked her if I could use the restroom, and she informed me she does not have public restrooms and I could go to Whole Foods next-door!

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service by the bankers at this branch. There was Absolutely no regard or urgency to help me after I found out I was a victim of a scam involving my checking account at Capital One. I sat and waited after I signed in and saw people just walking in the door being serviced by a banker while I sat and waited. I saw a banker sit in a cubicle and never lift his eyes from his computer.

Had a business account and secured card for over two years. Closed the account and has now taken over 75 days and still no refund on the security deposit. No one seems to want to help. We could not get a personal banker to help us with our account is why we closed in the first place. This now proves why we were so frustrated. HORRIBLE customer service. NO ONE cares. It is their system.
