I have banked with them for 2 years and they by far are the worst bank in terms of customer service . They have terrible terrible customer service. I have been transferred and hung up on so many times...all I can say is gecu is the best way to go. WORST BANK IN EL PASO.

Always short staffed with ridiculously long teller lines (minimum 5-10 minute wait in line), no matter what time of day it is. 10 teller windows but only 3 people behind them. What gives!
