My mortgage (8315 Summerset Dr Dallas, TX 75249) refinancing’s experience with Prime Lending was outstanding. Rob and Stephen guided me professionally step by step all the way by: • Providing me meaningful information about my refinancing needs (15 years fixed rate). • Working with the credit bureau to fix my credit score for better rate. • Making the papers work process easier. They gave me a list of few papers needed to send from my computer the same day. • Following through and finding the answers to any questions and back to me promptly. • Being cordial and willing to help. On the closing day, they sent a notary to meet me at my house at no extra charge. Prime Lending went beyond and above my expectations. They saved me 9 to 10 years of mortgage payment and all the process took about two weeks. I enjoyed working with them. I will recommend anyone who would like to buy a house for the first time or refinance a house.
