The DeJesus Group (Edgar, Emily & their staff) were simply amazing to work with. Having worked in the financial services industry, I already had some knowledge of the home loan process, but the “refi” was something I need help understanding. Edgar took the time to guide me through the process, exploring all my options and answering all my many questions. I really gravitate toward professionals who know their business and provide excellence customer service, and Edgar is one of those people. He not only researched the best deals for his portion of the process, but also made sure everyone was on their game managing things on their end in an efficient manner. I joke around when I say that he was borderline “obsessive,” because his follow-up was so unbelievably quick! I could tell he really loves helping people and getting them the best deal; his referral alone saved us more than $1,000 a year in our home owners policy, helping to bring our monthly payment $200 less than the initial estimate. If any of my family or friends ever need to go through this process, I will be sending them to the De Jesus Group- I can’t say enough good things about them!
