I deposited a settlement check from a title company on August 31 and a hold was placed until September 12th!! I called the title company and the check had cleared their bank on September 1st. DCU said I would have to get a copy of that in order to release any funds. I have been dealing here for 16 years and have many other accounts. Time to switch banks....

Worst Credit Union / Bank I have ever dealt with. Poor, Un-informed Customer Service Department too. Clueless on how to handle customers with Banking errors THEY creatited. Do your self a HUGE favor and stick to a TRADITIONAL Bank that knows how to handle customers.

I myself like banking here. Great rates and very easy to speak to someone about questions or concerns. Free coin counting and great account tiers for all clientele. I made the switch from Wells Fargo and could not be happier.
