Wright Patt credit union is in whole a good bank. However, the Woodman branch has gotten worse and worse over the last year. Lines are to the door most days, regardless of the day. The tellers tend to disappear throughout your wait. They can not seem to make simple transactions without getting someone to help them. Many times you can go in on a Friday, and find one to two tellers. I myself have started going to the Huber branch even though I live in Kettering. If you want long lines, poor customer service, and rude management when you complain, then the woodman branch is your bank. I have seen the place packed while the manager sits at her desk brushing her teeth! Gross! I have called to the district manager more than once, as have many of the other customers I get to talk to for 45 minutes waiting to cash my check. Nothing is ever done. I only wish the main office would send someone down to pose as a customer to see what the members of that branch have to deal with daily. So unless you enjoy frustration and incompetence, stay away from the kettering branch.
