This was the first time being in trouble with the law and I was terrified for my life. I was charged with felony possession of drugs and was facing 2-8 years in prison. Being in such serious trouble, I knew finding the right defense attorney was going to be the most important decision of my life. I had interviewed a few firms and then came across the Joslyn Law Firm. I met with Brian Joslyn and he went over my case with me for about an hour. He listed intently to everything I had to say and they he basically told me his plan of action. He was very direct and told me this was something he could take on and get the results we need. I felt comfortable with Brian from the very beginning, he was non-judgmental and I could tell he knows his stuff. The case took over six months, it was the most stressful time of my life. Brian tired his best to put my fears at ease, and he was confident the entire time, but the fear of prison overrode everything. I was just so scared. I walked out of court the last day of my case with probation and a lot of tears. I had my life back and I wouldn’t be free with out the help of Brian and his attorneys. They are the best!!!!!

A family friend referred me to the Joslyn Law Firm and Mark Wieczorick handled my case. I was pulled over for speeding and an OVI, I blew a 0.9 and failed the field sobriety tests.
